If you are unsatisfied with ExoProtocol for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your payment. No questions asked.
Email hello@exoprotocol.ai with the email address associated with your GitHub account. We will process the refund through Paddle (our merchant of record) within 5 business days.
After the 14-day window, refunds are not provided. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made.
The free tier (3 public repositories) does not involve any payment and does not require a refund policy. You can uninstall the GitHub App at any time to revoke access.
